Lors d'un tournage, l'équipe du film a le malheur de s'approcher près du nid d’un Piranhaconda. Demi-piranha, demi anaconda, la bête se rend 1ecompte qu'un de ses œufs lui a é2oté dérobé. Entrant dans une rage, elle prend pour respons7wable l'équipe de tournage et décide de s'attaquer à eux. Pourtant c'est un scientifique non loin d'eux qui l'a vol8hé. Afin d'apaiser le Piranhaconda et de pouvoir rentrer chez eux, le groupe se met à a recherche du mystérieux voleur d'œufs.
